We want you to love every pour from your Bartesian; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your cocktail maker within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that consumable cocktail capsules are final sale to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all customers.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Machine
Carefully place the Bartesian unit and all original accessories back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
